Firenze Highlights

Saturday 19 August ~ Florence

The Cattedrale (Duomo), is spectacular, especially as it is lit up at night! I will never forget the SURPRISE as we rounded the corning, a mere nano-second after Ned's remark ("Let's head back as there doesn't seem to be much here...").

"Our" Piazza de la Republica will also always be a very special memory...

As will our very last night when we attended a lovely concert at Chiasa di San Stefano (next post).
